1 Scope of Service
This portal is a B2B platform for registered travel agents only.
It allows flight search, booking, ticketing, reissue, refund, and reporting.
2 User Responsibility
Each agency is responsible for:
- All actions done using its login
- Protecting username and password
- All bookings made under its account
Sharing access is not allowed.
3 Pricing and Fares
- All fares are live airline fares
- Fares can change without notice
- Final price is confirmed only after ticketing
- Agency is responsible to verify fare rules before issuing
4 Payments
- Payments must follow the agreed credit or deposit terms
- Overdue balances may lead to suspension
- Trip Friend has the right to block access for non-payment
5 Ticketing
- Once issued, tickets follow airline rules
- Changes, refunds, and no-shows are based on airline policy
- Agency bears full responsibility for penalties and charges
6 Cancellations and Refunds
- Refund rules depend on airline fare rules
- Service or system fees may be non-refundable
- Processing time depends on airline and BSP cycle
7 System Usage
- Portal must be used only for legal travel business
- No misuse, fraud, or manipulation is allowed
- Any abuse leads to immediate suspension by Trip Friend
8 Liability
Trip Friend is not responsible for:
- Airline schedule changes
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Airline bankruptcy or service failure
- Visa, immigration, or passenger travel issues
9 Termination
Trip Friend may suspend or terminate access if:
- Payment terms are violated
- System is misused
- Fraud or abuse is detected
